SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND PAYMENT INFO
Shipping and Delivery
Jos Brölmann/Nosybirds will take the greatest possible care when receiving and implementing orders for products and when assessing applications for the provision of services. The place of delivery is deemed to be the address that the consumer makes known to Jos Brölmann/Nosybirds.
For all deliveries we use the package service of PostNL. For deliveries in Holland; if you place an order it will be shipped within 2-4 working days. The parcel will be at your place within 2-3 workings days
For deliveries in other countries outside Holland within Europe; if you place an order it will be shipped within 2-4 working days. The parcel will be at your place within 2-8 workings days (depends on the country).
For all other countries outside Europe: if you place an order it will be shipped within 2-4 working days. The parcel will be at your place within 8-25 workings days (depends on the country).

If delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot be fulfilled, or only partially, the consumer will be informed about this, at the latest within one week after the order was placed. In that case, the consumer has a right to dissolve the contract, free of charge, and a right to possible damages. In a case of dissolution as described in the previous paragraph, the trader will refund the consumer with the sum paid as quickly as possible, at the latest within 30 days after the dissolution.
Should it prove impossible to deliver a product that has been ordered, Jos Brölmann/Nosybirds will attempt to provide a replacement article. Jos Brölmann/Nosybirds will indicate, clearly and intelligibly, that a replacement article is being supplied, at the latest upon delivery. The right of withdrawal cannot be precluded in the event of replacement articles. Jos Brölmann/Nosybirds will be charged with the costs of return shipments. The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests upon Job Brölmann/Nosybirds up to the moment of delivery to the consumer, unless this has explicitly been agreed otherwise.
Payment:
Jos Brölmann/Nosybirds accepts payments made via Ideal (Mollie Payments), creditcard and Paypal. The traders prices are displayed in Euro’s. The rates are re-calculated each night. The payment of products need to be paid for before the consumer receives the products or services, unless otherwise agreed. The consumer cannot invoke any rights relating to the implementation of the order before the stipulated advance payment has been made. The consumer is obliged to inform Jos Brölmann/Nosybirds immediately of any inaccuracies in payment data provided or communicated. In the event of non-payment by the consumer, the trader has the right, subject to statutory limitations, to charge the consumer reasonable costs about which the consumer was informed in advance.
